- The program does not request or accept participant-level census, payroll, beneficiary, health, or account data. Do not submit confidential client lists.

- No firm name, logo, quote or case study is used without separate written approval for that specific use. Approval may be withdrawn for future use.
- Roadmap
- Feedback informs priorities. Participation does not provide control over roadmap order or guarantee delivery.

5500RADAR organizes public filing evidence and presents review signals. It cannot inspect an auditor’s workpapers, determine compliance with GAAS, render an audit opinion or decide whether a plan is compliant.
A standard ERISA section 103(a)(3)(C) audit is normal scope context, not an audit-quality defect.
